George Clooney
For a long time, George Clooney had a reputation as a heartbreaker and didn’t want to get married or kids. In one of his interviews about kids, he said, “I think it’s the biggest responsibility you’ll have. I don’t see myself ever having kids.” Later he added, “I haven’t had aspirations in that way, ever.” He also joked, “I don’t have that gene that people have to replicate.” But Clooney’s attitude changed when he married Amal Alamuddin in 2017, and they had twins Ella and Alexander.
By the way, the announcement that they had children was quite funny: “Ella, Alexander, and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days.”

Today, the actress and her husband are raising their beautiful daughter Raddix, but Cameron hasn’t always wanted to be a mother. In 2014, Cameron told journalists that she wasn’t ready for the challenges of motherhood. “It’s so much work to have children. It’s a job you have to do every day for at least 18 years.” But at the age of 47, she still decided to try this role, and had a child thanks to a surrogate mother.
Zooey Deschanel
Several years ago, the actress said that having kids was never her goal. For a long time, Zooey preferred her job to raising children. Amy Schumer
In 2018, in an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Amy joked, “I have never wanted kids. And now they are thinking of having another baby.
Diane Kruger
In the past, Diane Kruger didn’t even think of becoming a mother. She thought she was too selfish. But when she got older, she changed her mind: “But by the time I got to about 35, I thought, yes, I probably do want one. But then you have to wait for the right person to come along. I’m glad I waited.” Actor Norman Reedus was this person for her.
Kelly Clarkson
For a long time, singer and winner of American Idol didn’t want to be a mother. She said, “I have no desire. I would not be a good mother. I mean, I love being an aunt to my niece and nephew. But again, my job is too selfish.”
But she changed her mind, and today, Kelly is the mother of daughter River Rose and son Remington Alexander. More than that, the star said that motherhood made her a better person. “I feel far more intelligent and wiser when making decisions — not just for myself, but for my children.”
Eva Mendes
In the past, Eva Mendes thought she wasn’t cut out to be a mother. She was building a successful career and then met her future husband, Ryan Gosling. But then she says: “Ryan Gosling happened. Soon, they had daughter Esmeralda, and, 2 years later, Amada.
Josh Holloway
The star of Lost has always loved traveling. He was used to having an active lifestyle and visiting different parts of the world with his wife. This is why they didn’t want to become parents for a long time. They were afraid that children would change the life they lived.
But at some point, they changed their minds. Josh said, “We have changed our minds... only recently. Basically, nature happened. If you’re in a loving relationship with someone, [having] children becomes a part of it.”
Today, they are raising a son and a daughter. The actor shared, “I’m completely in love with my children and I participate in their lives on every level. I wake up at night thinking how beautiful they are.”

Jessica Biel
In 2008, the actress said, “I tell you, I have so many friends having babies and getting married, and they just want to put me where they are so we can go to nursery together and stuff. I’m like, ’Noooooo!’ I’m resisting.” And even her relationship with Justin Timberlake didn’t change her attitude. She was busy enough with her pit bull Tina. But 2.5 years after the wedding, the couple had their first son, Silas, in 2015, and their second son, Phineas, in 2020. Now, Jessica says that everything in her life revolves around children.

He got married twice and became a father of 5 children.
He had 2 children with his ex-girlfriend Tinglan Hong, and 3 more with his present wife, Anna Eberstein. Now, he thinks he was wrong in his opinions about marriage and kids, “It was another thing I put off too many decades. Very nice. Very nice being married. And children, you know, I used to roll my eyes. People would say, ’Oh Hugh, you don’t understand it,’ but they were right.”
