Today, a smooth head can be a fashion statement or a strict necessity. This practice is often seen among athletes. Take modern swimmers, for example, they get rid of hair from head to toe to reduce water resistance.

The rapper showed off her new look on the 4th of August, on her Instagram account. The makeover didn’t stop there. To top it off, the performer shaved off her eyebrows live, as 20,000 followers watched. The Grammy winner urged fans not to worry about her. She explained, that she shaved her head because she already spends most of her working hours in wigs.

Maisie Williams

The Game of Thrones star parted her hair this summer. Maisie, known to audiences for her role as the fearless Arya Stark, shaved her head during a trip in July. And fans absolutely loved the look. Messages from followers started piling up immediately, saying how good her hair looks, with one fan commenting, that the actress has a beautifully shaped head.
